The filling machine for aseptic multiserve carton packs can fill up to 15,000 SIG SlimlineBloc packs per hour - a 25 per cent higher output compared to the company's standard filling machines.

Food and beverage manufacturers have an increased need for sustainable filling machines with high output and great flexibility as well as improved TCO. The SIG Neo technology platform offers innovative solutions in this respect. The new SIG Neo Slimline 15 Aseptic filling machine Increases production speed with an unchanged compact footprint. This makes them an ideal solution for manufacturers who want to increase their production capacity without costly expansions of production plants. In an industry where floor space, flexibility and quality are crucial and total cost of ownership is paramount, the solutions that significantly increase output per square metre are a decisive advantage.

The SIG Neo technology was developed to meet the constantly increasing demands of the F&B sector to meet the requirements of the market. It enables manufacturers to switch smoothly between 1 litre, 750ml and 500ml packaging volumes, different product categories and different packaging materials.

„With the SIG Neo platform, we are addressing the key challenges facing the industry. Our customers are looking for solutions for higher production capacities and improved efficiency and the ability to adapt to consumer trends. The SIG Neo Slimline 15 Aseptic fulfils all these requirements in a unique way. It offers the industry's lowest reject rate of less than 0.5 per cent, enables smart digitalisation of production operations and up to 15 per cent lower total filling costs compared to SIG's standard filling machines for aseptic multiserve carton packs. With this top performance, we enable our customers to increase their filling line capacity to up to 70 million packs per year. increase. Of course, our SIG Neo filling machine portfolio is also suitable for use with our SIG Terra range of even lower-carbon aseptic packaging materials.“

Christoph Wegener, Chief Markets Officer at SIG

Other features of the SIG Neo Slimline 15 Aseptic include the SIG Neo HMI (Human-Machine Interface), which enables intuitive operation and provides valuable insights into the performance of the filling machine.
