This strengthens the company's presence in the North American market and secures full control of the joint venture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=bericap\">Bericap<\/a>, an international manufacturer of plastic and aluminium closures, has announced the complete acquisition of Bericap North America (BCNA). The company, which had been a 50\/50 joint venture between Bericap and Amcor Rigid Packaging since 1997, is now 100 per cent controlled by Bericap. According to Bericap, the acquisition of the shares represents the largest investment in the company's history and is intended to further strengthen its market position in North America.<\/p>\n<p>BCNA operates three production sites in the USA, Canada and Mexico. With an annual turnover of over 200 million US dollars, the company offers the complete <strong>Bericap portfolio for the food, beverage and industrial markets<\/strong> to.
