He will be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of the Paper division at the Landau-based family business. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The studied <strong>Paper engineer<\/strong> Christian Dietershagen has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including <strong>twelve years as Managing Director and Plant Manager of Sappi Stockstadt<\/strong> GmbH. In this role, he successfully implemented several major projects, drove forward the introduction of lean management systems and helped to continuously increase the efficiency of the paper machine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIn Christian Dietershagen, we have gained an excellent reinforcement for the Paper division. He is <strong>recognised expert and long-standing leader in the paper industry<\/strong>, Christian's support will make our paper mills even more efficient and technologically powerful,\u201d explains Maximilian Heindl, CEO of Progroup. \u201eChristian identifies with the values and goals of Progroup, which is very important to us as a family business.
