Provisur Technologies presents the new Formax SX550 slicer. With precise portion control, compact design and flexible customisation options, the machine offers a powerful solution for food processing, especially for meat, sausage and cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Formax SX550 slicer from Provisional<\/a> expands the existing portfolio and offers high-precision cutting in a small space. With a cutting shaft of 550 x 206 mm and a blade speed of up to 2000 rpm, the machine is ideal for High production speeds<\/strong> designed. Three different product infeed lengths, including an 800 mm option, minimise loading times.<\/p>\n

Thanks to innovative technologies, the slicer guarantees precise cutting quality right down to the last slice. Two independent product drives with upper and lower feeds ensure maximum control during the slicing process. The blades, which are manufactured in Europe, are customised to the specific requirements of the food industry<\/strong> and offer a wide range of profile options and coatings.<\/p>

A special feature is the Open hygienic design that enables efficient cleaning<\/strong>. No tools are required to remove components, which reduces the cleaning effort by up to 50 per cent.
