At EMPACK in Zurich, Robatech will be presenting its tried-and-tested adhesive application system and a new, small melter for simple applications with low adhesive consumption.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Vision melter in combination with the Performa heated hose and the Volta electric application head is Robatech's flagship product and stands for high process reliability and precision when gluing primary and secondary packaging. The energy-efficient melter keeps the adhesive viscosity constant and ensures a stable adhesive pressure<\/strong>. The fully insulated Performa heated hose conveys the adhesive to the application head with as little heat loss as possible. And the Volta electric spray head applies the adhesive with pinpoint accuracy - thanks to the high switching frequencies, it is also suitable for hotmelt stitching.<\/p>\n

Small melter for easy adhesive application<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For simple applications with an adhesive requirement of up to 2.5 kg\/h, the small Easy melter is sufficient,<\/strong> which forms the EasyLine together with the Rio heated hose and the Twist application head. The functionalities of this new melter are limited to the necessary minimum, but no expense has been spared on details for easy installation and quick maintenance. Despite its simplicity and attractive price\/performance ratio, the Easy melter delivers adhesive application quality in the usual Robatech quality.<\/p>

Folding should be as precise as gluing, for example with the PerfectFold liquid creaser. An application head - similar to an adhesive application - applies apply a creasing fluid to the crease lines of a corrugated board<\/strong>, so that the blanks can be folded precisely and with little effort. Fold breaks, irregular gaps and fishtailing are therefore a thing of the past. Corrugated boxes creased with PerfectFold provide exact internal dimensions so that inserts can be fitted into folding boxes without any problems.<\/p>\n
