With this strategic acquisition, the two specialists aim to complement each other's expertise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At a time when counterfeits are becoming increasingly easy to generate and distribute, the partners see the merger as a significant development. Together they want to <strong>offer a wide range of security features for paper solutions<\/strong>, which guarantee diverse and even the highest level of counterfeit protection.<\/p>\n<p>The takeover follows a clear vision: <strong>The individual strengths of both companies are preserved,<\/strong> while synergies will be utilised in a targeted manner to offer an expanded product portfolio and the best service to joint customers worldwide.
