Companies can now reduce their adhesive consumption by up to 60 per cent with the integrated stitching function.

The stitching function has been integrated into the application head. This makes it easier to divide adhesive beads into shorter beads or adhesive dots with the Volta application head. The amount of adhesive to be saved is defined in the application head control system. This process significantly reduces adhesive consumption without compromising the quality of the application.
