The new owner would <strong>Take over production site in Dronten (Netherlands) with all employees<\/strong> and continue existing customer contracts. Operations at the Thun site would be closed, which would affect 75 employees.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consultation procedure initiated<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The potential sale is currently <strong>Subject of a three-week consultation process<\/strong>, which has just begun. During this period, the staff committee has the opportunity to propose alternatives to the sale and\/or closure of production at the Thun site in order to minimise the impact on the employees affected.
