The Uhlmann Group has acquired the robotics and automation company Goldfu\u00df Engineering GmbH. With this acquisition, the Group intends to further expand its market position in the field of integrated packaging solutions.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

The Uhlmann Group announced that it acquired Goldfu\u00df Engineering GmbH from Balingen on 17 January 2025. The company specialises in packaging technology, laboratory automation and special machine construction. According to Uhlmann, the acquisition is intended to specifically address customer needs for automation solutions and efficiency improvements.<\/p>\n

Karl Geiger, former Managing Director of Goldfu\u00df, takes over the management of the new Group Company. Synergy effects within the Uhlmann Group should make it possible to offer comprehensive packaging solutions from a single source.<\/p>
