Ranpak is presenting three new packaging systems which, according to the company, combine automation, ergonomics and sustainability. The solutions aim to make packaging processes more efficient and resource-saving.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Ranpak Holdings Corp, a provider of paper-based packaging solutions, has announced three new products that combine automation and paper protection. According to the company, the PadPak Multi-Station, DecisionTower with FillPak Trident and Pad'it are designed to improve productivity, enable more ergonomic workflows and optimise the use of materials.<\/p>\n

The PadPak Multi-Station can supply up to ten packaging stations with recyclable paper pads, with a central converter system designed to save space. DecisionTower with FillPak Trident utilises machine vision to measure voids and reduce material usage by up to 35 %. Pad'it is able to automatically insert protective padding into packages and process up to 15 cartons per minute.<\/p>
