The Parcel Pack packaging solution developed by Lantech produces letterbox-sized trays for e-commerce retailers and fulfilment service providers. The fully automated system will be on display at LogiMAT in Stuttgart.

The TE Parcel Tray Erector and the LA Parcel Lid Applicator produce Up to 1,000 perfectly rectangular letterbox packs per hour<\/strong>. The compact systems can be seamlessly integrated into the shipping departments of e-commerce or fulfilment service providers.<\/p>\n

The TE Parcel Tray Erector and the LA Parcel Lid Applicator have a small footprint and are designed for efficient space utilisation and ease of use. Through the fully enclosed design<\/strong> the combination maximises safety and minimises exposure to external influences. The ergonomic tray magazine makes refilling the trays and handling easier.<\/p>

With a Speed of 1,000 trays and lids per hour<\/strong> these machines offer fast and reliable production performance. Thanks to the simple and precise adjustment options, the desired settings can be achieved quickly, which increases productivity and reduces the risk of errors. In addition, the design allows tray sizes to be changed in just five to seven simple steps. This enables Simple adaptation to different production requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sturdy transport packaging in letterbox format saves shipping costs<\/strong> and optimises truck loading due to its small size. The cushioning effect of corrugated cardboard protects against product damage<\/strong> and the parcel does not need to be padded. Another advantage is that the recipient does not need to be present during delivery.<\/p>\n

At LogiMAT, the Carton erector C1000<\/strong> will be available for live demonstrations. It produces up to 30 cartons per minute<\/strong>. Users receive reliably rectangular shipping cartons that are ideal for the logistics chain and offer maximum stability.<\/p>\n
