At the CCE in Munich, Robatech is presenting PerfectFold, a system that makes folding corrugated cardboard boxes more efficient and precise. Other highlights include adhesive application heads for pressure-sensitive adhesive closures and tear tapes in the e-commerce sector and a flat head for gluing paper carrier bags with cold glue.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PerfectFold liquid creaser applies a creasing liquid to the fold lines of a corrugated cardboard box so that the blanks can be folded precisely and Folded with little effort<\/strong> can be produced. Fold breaks, irregular gaps and fishtailing are now a thing of the past.<\/p>\n

Corrugated boxes creased with PerfectFold deliver exact internal dimensions, so that inserts can be fitted into folding cartons without any problems<\/strong>. Robatech uses the tried-and-tested Sempre 30 application heads to apply the liquid. The SpeedUp creasing fluid, which leaves no marks on the corrugated cardboard, was specially developed for PerfectFold.<\/p>

Robatech will also be exhibiting the two electric application heads Vivo 18 and Presto. The space-saving Vivo 18 hot melt glue application head is characterised by its even, precise adhesive application, with which Flexible application of pressure-sensitive adhesive closures or tear-strips on e-commerce shipping packaging<\/strong> can. The Presto cold glue application head stands for high-quality surface application with a precise start and exact tear-off. Ideal for applications such as the clean gluing of window envelopes or paper carrier bags.<\/p>\n
