The accompanying congress will highlight key topics such as sustainable financing, organic food in public catering and innovative retail strategies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biofach, the world's leading trade fair for organic food, will take place in Nuremberg from 11 to 14 February 2025. One focus is on the EU project \u201eSchoolFood4Change\u201c, which presents approaches for healthy and sustainable school catering. How organic shops can utilise new technology for their own purposes...\u201c and \u201eSmart &amp; Green: How AI reveals the organic shoppers of the future\u201c will analyse the role of artificial intelligence in retail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Another key topic is the market opportunities for organic products.<\/strong> Events such as \u201eHow much organic is possible in SEH today?
