Syntegon is launching the Kliklok ACC (Advanced Carton Closer), a high-speed carton closer that can process a wide range of carton sizes and formats.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new Kliklok ACC was developed to fulfil customer requirements for reliable product packaging. As an efficient Solution for secondary packaging<\/strong> the carton sealing machine minimises waste, increases efficiency and reduces operating costs. Developed in close co-operation with customers, it is tailored to the requirements of the industry.<\/p>\n

The Kliklok ACC offers features that enable operators to run efficient and safe packaging processes. These include servo-driven carton orientation and integrated controls, as well as tool-free changeovers and the ability, both cardboard and corrugated cardboard can be processed<\/strong>. Thanks to its flexible design, the Kliklok ACC integrated into various production layouts<\/strong> with optional left or right-sided cardboard infeed and outfeed.<\/p>

With a Output of up to 200 cartons per minute<\/strong> the carton sealer can process a wide range of carton sizes and formats. Its safe, ergonomic design and easy access ensure efficient operation - even with changing production requirements.<\/p>\n

The Kliklok ACC is suitable for a wide range of applications, including in the food industry as well as in other industries<\/strong>. Thanks to the safe turning area, cartons can be processed in all production environments - even in cold, damp or condensation-rich environments<\/strong>. This function ensures flexibility, efficiency and the protection of larger products during packaging.<\/p>\n

For maximum process efficiency, the Kliklok ACC can be easily integrated into a complete line solution together with the Advanced Carton Erector (ACE) and one of Syntegon's automatic loading solutions. All machines work together seamlessly<\/strong> as a perfectly harmonised topload cartoning solution. The components have an integrated control system with an intuitive human-machine interface<\/strong> and Industry 4.0 capabilities.<\/p>\n
