KG. His career reflects the development of the company and the values of a family business, according to a statement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paul Tribelhorn, one of the longest-serving employees at Paul Leibinger GmbH &amp; Co. KG, is retiring after 50 years with the company. Since joining the company in 1975 as a precision mechanic, he has played a key role in shaping the company's development. \u201eThis sophisticated mechanics in the smallest of spaces, which only works with the highest precision, still fascinates me today,\u201c Tribelhorn recalls.<\/p>\n<h3>Family tradition and consistency<\/h3>\n<p>The Tribelhorn family is closely linked to the history of Leibinger. Paul's father was one of the company's first employees. We are proud to have had him as part of our team for so long.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director Christina Leibinger<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Technological change and innovation<\/h3>\n<p>Paul Tribelhorn was involved in numerous milestones: From the manual production of the first numbering machines to the introduction of ultra-modern CNC technologies at the end of the 1970s, he accompanied Leibinger's technological transformation.
