This was Coveris' third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The takeover in the Czech Republic is Coveris' third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the first takeover of a labelling company outside the UK. This milestone is seen as an important step <strong>in Coveris' strategy to expand in the CEE region.<\/strong> As one of the most technologically advanced manufacturers in the region, Coveris Brno will now supply sustainable packaging solutions. Its largest markets include the food and beverage industry as well as the chemical, cosmetics and toy sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Integration into the global Coveris network<\/strong> also provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing between the Czech Republic and the UK, according to the company.
