Vahle's focus is on innovative energy transfer solutions for sorter applications (Fig.) and an extended range of services for intralogistics applications. For the first time, the company is presenting a sorter model that illustrates the range of its solutions in a practical way.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both conductive and inductive systems are available, which are characterised by high reliability and efficiency. The latter are particularly suitable for high-speed sorters and longer distances. This technology requires less maintenance as no current collectors are needed, which increases operating efficiency. They are predestined for use in large logistics centres and in applications with 24\/7 operation.<\/p>\n

Cost-efficient conductive systems such as the U10 or U20 conductor rail are available for slower sorters or systems without continuous operation. These are characterised by lower maintenance requirements and energy-efficient operation. They are also easier to install and more cost-effective.<\/p>
