The company offers <strong>Automation solutions for the entire range of tasks<\/strong> from pick and place, sorting, cutting, boning, portioning to packing and palletising.<\/p>\n<h2>Food robots: hygiene design is crucial<\/h2>\n<p>Equipment used in the food industry must fulfil strict requirements to prevent contamination and ensure food safety and quality. The food robots from St\u00e4ubli follow the recommendations of the <strong>European Hygienic Engineering &amp; Design Group (EHEDG) <\/strong>for hygienic design. One of the exhibits features two St\u00e4ubli robots, a TX2-60 he and a Red Dot Award-winning TS2-60 he, which use conveyor tracking to cut and handle raw meat. While the six-axis TX2 cuts the meat into portions with the water jet, the SCARA robot TS2 takes over the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Another demo shows the <strong>High-speed food packaging<\/strong> with a dynamic TS2-80 HE robot with vision system. The robot has the ability to handle difficult-to-grip and delicate food gently and without causing damage.<\/p>\n<p>The cleanroom-compatible TX2-200 six-axle vehicle will also be on display at the trade fair. <strong>Newly modified for use in the food industry<\/strong> was.
