Theegarten-Pactec is expanding its portfolio with the new BHS high-performance machine. With a packaging capacity of up to 3,000 products per minute, it sets new standards in terms of efficiency, quality and hygienic design.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Theegarten-Pactec, a leading manufacturer of high-speed packaging machines, is launching the BHS, a new solution for packaging bouillon cubes. The machine achieves a capacity of up to 3,000 packaged products per minute and utilises the continuous working principle, which enables particularly gentle processing.<\/p>\n

\u201eThis technology was originally developed for the packaging of confectionery. Now, for the first time, we are using it for stock cubes to further improve performance and quality.\u201c<\/p>\n

The BHS is designed for different product variants:<\/p>

  • Preformed cubes<\/strong>Up to 3,000 packages per minute<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Double cube<\/strong>Up to 2,500 packs per minute<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Preformed tablets<\/strong>Up to 2,500 products per minute<\/strong>, with optional BLM high-performance cartoner <\/strong>for a direct connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The machine can be connected directly to existing Presses for stock cubes<\/strong> and, thanks to its high speed and low personnel requirements, enables the Significant cost optimisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Thanks to the optimised design, the BHS reduces the Energy consumption by 50 %<\/strong> compared to conventional packaging machines, according to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

    Future outlook<\/h3>\n

    Theegarten-Pactec is planning to further develop the BHS so that the double cube and tablet versions can also be used in the future. 3,000 products per minute<\/strong> can process. In addition, new applications, for example for Milk powder tabs and confectionery<\/strong>, can be developed.<\/p>\n
