Three mono-material solutions will celebrate their premiere at the trade fair.

Three recyclable mono-material solutions will be celebrating their trade fair premiere: the monoLINE mono-material vacuum bag from Allfo and the mono-material monoFlex T and monoFlex O films from Allvac. Also new is the allflex ER, an up to 97 per cent recyclable film with high barrier from Allvac.

The new monoLINE vacuum bag from Allfo can be easily recycled as a single-material PE solution and thus fits seamlessly into the recycling loop. The MDO PE film contains less than five per cent EVOH. In addition to its good recyclability, monoLINE scores with further advantages: The PE vacuum bag offers maximum product protection and the best barrier properties, keeping packaged foods such as meat and sausages fresh for a long time. The material also impresses with its good mechanical properties, such as high tear resistance, flexibility and sealability. Thanks to its high machinability, the vacuum bag can be easy to process on all standard vacuum chamber machines.

„The impetus for the monoLINE came directly from the market: demand for mono-material solutions is increasing among dealers and end customers alike.
