Pharma Laboratory

Harro Höfliger presents the Drum Lab, a semi-automatic powder microdosing unit with roller filling technology. With one system each for injector assembly and the production of the XStraw® Harro Höfliger demonstrates its expertise in the manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical products.
High flexibility with capsule filling media
Whether under containment, in a clean room or in barrier-free production - the modular capsule filling machines of the Modu-C family always enable quick format changes and easy cleaning thanks to the proven trolley system. At ACHEMA, Harro Höfliger will be showcasing the entire range of available dosing trolleys. Containment for capsule filling
Barrier technology plays a central role in the processing of active and highly active ingredients to protect operators and the environment. The containment solutions for the Modu-C range of capsule filling machines guarantee this protection. The Modu-C LS (Low Speed), the smallest member of the Modu-C product family, offers an output rate of up to 25,000 capsules/h and is the entry-level solution for fully automatic capsule filling under containment. The Modu-C MS (Mid Speed), with an output of up to 100,000 capsules/h, describes the next higher production level and also offers a sophisticated barrier concept.
Aseptic liquid filling
A system for the aseptic liquid filling of flexible plastic pouches will be exhibited. The complex processes are fully customised to the requirements of the product and underline the company's credo: „The product determines the process“.
