360° gluing automates the application of adhesive to geometrically irregular parts and increases process reliability. Even on complex moulds with varying adhesive requirements, adhesive application quantities are applied precisely and with repeat accuracy. Thanks to the Robatech Control System (RCS), the adhesive application systems can be easily integrated into automation solutions of all kinds - on show at Automatica 2025 in Munich.
The trade fair highlights from Robatech:
- Delta order header: Optimum interaction with robots thanks to remote heating section. Precise, repeatable application of thermoplastic and reactive adhesives in the form of sprays, curls, beads and dots.
- Aero spray head: Reproducible curl application with extremely precise edge definition. For thermoplastic and reactive adhesives with viscosities from 500 to 10,000 mPas.
- Splash head Volta: Electric application head for fast dot and bead application of thermoplastic adhesives. Extremely durable. Easy to integrate via 24 VDC connection without booster.
- BM“ control module for application heads: Small, compact module for overexciting and lowering the control voltage for pneumatic application heads. More flexibility, freely programmable, for top-hat rail mounting.
- Vision and Canduro melters: Easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain new generation melters for thermoplastic and reactive adhesives. Thanks to the Robatech Control System, numerous standardised interfaces and the device's own WLAN access point.
