Leuze electronic AG Switzerland was the first foreign subsidiary of the Leuze electronic Group. It marked the beginning of the company's internationalisation 40 years ago.
Leuze electronic opened its first foreign branch in Switzerland on 13 May 1981 in Brüttisellen, Switzerland. For the company, which was founded in 1963 in Owen/Teck, southern Germany, the opening was an important milestone and a step towards internationalisation.
