„We want to further raise Prodinger's profile as a highly professional, reliable and innovative partner in the industry. I see three guiding principles for our journey: Firstly, a stronger market and customer focus - close to demand, fast in implementation. Secondly, a transparent management culture based on trust. And thirdly, the systematic further development of our teams and structures - with a clear focus on value creation, quality and sustainable growth.“

The fact that Markus Ettlin has exactly the right mindset for Prodinger is demonstrated not least by his professional background: „In my career to date, I have been able to help shape two exceptional family businesses: Heinemann Bros. in Hamburg - a fifth-generation company with almost 150 years of history and Gauselmann, a second-generation company with almost 70 years of tradition. These experiences have taught me how valuable family structures are - with all its peculiarities, with the responsibility of preserving our heritage and at the same time courageously shaping the future. I know this world. And I value it deeply.“
This special knack for family businesses also convinced Steffen Prodinger, among others. For him, the appointment of a new CEO was the next logical step in the Group's development.
„In my role as CEO, I made the decision to consciously step aside in order to work on the company in a much more focussed way again in the future instead of being directly involved in operations.“
