Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH will be presenting innovative filling solutions for liquid and pasty products at Fachpack. The focus is on flexibility, safety and sustainability.
The machine manufacturer from Minden will be offering insights into manual to fully automatic filling systems at the trade fair. Fricke's filling systems are aimed at industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, building materials, paints and varnishes and food. Depending on requirements, the systems enable Processing of different container types - from buckets and canisters to IBC containers. Thanks to quick changeover and calibratable dosing, they fulfil requirements for precision and efficiency in equal measure.
A particular focus is on safety requirements: The filling systems are, among other things Designed for potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX specifications and fulfil high hygiene standards. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive or demanding products such as foaming or highly viscous liquids.

The specially developed filling valve enables flexible and precise dosing according to the coarse/fine flow principle.
