At this year's interpack, the palletising specialist will be presenting its Paro palletising robots and an innovative gripping system for buckets.
With Palletising systems in neighbouring European countries, Russia, China and soon also the USA and New Zealand, the roTeg AG Long strong represented on the global market. In May, the Dortmund-based company is launching two of its well-known Paro palletising robot at the trade fair. Visitors will be able to see the efficient and optimised robots in action.
From its extensive portfolio, roTeg has also this year Two different grippers with it. The tried and tested Suction pad system is based on several multifunctional vacuum cups, This means that a wide range of gripping sizes can be covered.
The innovative Bucket grabber is specially designed for this purpose, palletising buckets without having to vacuum the lid. Instead, the gripping system works with three eccentrically swivelling gripper fingers. These grip the bucket under the edge of the lid and place it securely and accurately on the pallet. This prevents lids from coming off and soiling or even destroying the load during palletising. With this gripper, too Packages of various formats and diameters palletised, as the gripper fingers are adjustable on the software side.
