A Portuguese label printing company is installing a new label printing system from Screen Graphic Solutions in order to be able to offer flexible production with low-migration inks even in niche markets.
After five years of successful work with the Screen L350 label printing system, the Portuguese printing company Astrografe has now introduced a Screen Truepress L350UV+LM. This enables the company not only to fulfil the requirements of regular customers, but also to win new customers - even in these difficult times of the coronavirus pandemic.

Rapid installation
According to Cardoso, the „proven quality, reliability and productivity of the Screen machines“ tipped the scales in favour of the L350UV+LM. Another reason was Screen's competent and committed employees: „After a smooth installation, we were able to start production after just five days."
For almost 40 years, Astrografe has been producing high-quality Labels especially for niche markets, organic food and printing inks, for example. The family business from Loures, north of Lisbon, is known for its service. Its large share of the Portuguese market for food packaging is complemented by a wide range of commercial products such as calendars, stickers, mouse pads and postcards. And: posters, calendars and badges for Benfica Lisbon, Sporting Lisbon and FC Porto, the three biggest Portuguese football clubs.
