Product safety is one of the key issues in the packaging sector. Different products place correspondingly different demands on their packaging. Unusually shaped products with difficult contours pose a particular challenge for packers. The East Westphalian machine manufacturer Emba-Protec has developed a solution that specifically addresses this problem - and is also suitable for large quantities.
Sending sensitive products usually involves a great deal of effort. It takes time and expensive packaging material to Sensitive and high-quality products ready for dispatch to make. It can be time-consuming to assemble and use the product on two cushions, especially for large quantities. Emba-Protec has addressed both problems with the Emba-TrayTec Plus packaging. The product to be packaged is first placed on the established Emba-Swing packaging and transported in a floating position during the packaging process. In this position, the product is then packed at high speed by the Emba-TrayTec machine system. In this way, only one pad is used so that only one packaging process is required. The material savings are therefore also a time saving of around 50 per cent accompanied.
