Containers and pallets made from recycled plastic

Smart-Flow Europe SA and Gamm-Wopla SA will be presenting their solutions for containers and pallets made from recycled plastic at LogiMat 2022. These can be used in particular where they are not used directly for the storage and transport of food.

All products from Gamma-Wopla and Smart-Flow support sustainability by intelligently conserving resources. In addition to saving space and transport costs, they are permanently reusable and can be fully recycled. From 31 May to 2 June, customers can find out more about the LogiMat in Hall 6 at Stand B20 to see for yourself. 

Efficient storage

The Gamma-Wopla open-fronted storage container range, consisting of seven different containers, is now also available in recycled polypropylene. The Open-fronted storage container are suitable for storing small parts and article bundles. Thanks to the slanted opening at the front, they are often used as picking containers in order picking. They increase efficiency in the warehouse, as they allow you to look inside and access materials easily. The dimensionally stable containers can also be stacked on top of each other on shelves to save space.

New to the Smart-Flow range are the Plastic pallets of the SF1000H series. The nestable pallets with the dimensions 1200 x 1000 are suitable for order picking, the Delivery to the retail trade and pallet pooling. They are economical as they guarantee more revolutions than other standard pallets on the market.

Display

Thanks to their 9 reinforced and rounded feet the SF1000H pallet offers greater resistance and reduces the risk of damage from forklift trucks. Thanks to its stable construction and robustness, the pallet has a static load capacity of up to 3,000 kg.

On the LogiMat In 2022, Gamma-Wopla and Smart-Flow present the SF800PREM premium Euro pallets. The pallets are available in accordance with the current Euronorm system in the dimensions 1200 x 800 and with a weight of 11.6 kg. The premium Euro pallet with three runners is suitable for medium-heavy loads of up to 600 kg. For heavier loads of up to 1,000 kg, it can be reinforced with three additional metal bars. Integrable RFID chips or easy-to-attach QR codes ensure traceability. The premium pallet is made from high-quality HDPE plastic.
