Separating knives that are also attached to die-cutters are often stick-on solutions. This harbours the risk of them coming off again. To prevent this, Marbach Die Supplies is launching a new set of cutting knives. The knives from trimknife|multi are attached to the die-cutting tool.
A screw connection ensures that the waste separating knife does not come loose and remains in the produced format. trimknife|multi also consists of more than just a separating knife. The Complete set also includes accessories such as underlay foils, fastening screws, rubberising material and fastening tools.
„In practice, it often happens that additional waste separating knives need to be installed. Our new trimknife|multi cutting blade set is a simple and uncomplicated solution here. The trimknife|multi cutting blades are quickly and securely screwed onto the cutting die. Detachment - as is the case with existing adhesive solutions - is prevented with our separating knives. In this way, trimknife|multi ensures that the cutting blades stay where they belong: On the tool - and not as a foreign object in the punched format.“
