From high-tech labelling systems to inkjet printers - the modular labelling solutions from Bluhm Systems fulfil the latest legal and technical requirements for labelling beverages, loose or packaged foods and pet food. A selection can be seen at Anuga FoodTec. 

The eMark fibre laser is suitable for dusty and wet-cleaned production lines. The economical and user-friendly laser coding system encodes up to four products per second when stationary or in motion reliably and accurately mark packaging, components, technical articles or extruded products. The NoLiner label dispenser processes labels without liner material, enabling sustainable and cost-effective labelling. The atomising unit in the system activates the adhesive with a fine mist of water on the back of the printed labels, which are then applied in the exact position. With the same diameter, a roll can hold significantly more material.

Precise even with high-speed applications

The Legi-Air 4050 E prints labels with variable data and then applies them fully automatically to products, cartons or pallets. Numerous modules adapt the system flexibly to the respective application. Depending on the respective print module, the Legi-Air 4050 E prints labels with data in 200 to 600 dpi resolution. The wide range of applicators allows any labelling position, even at maximum speed.  

The Linx 8900 continuous inkjet printer is Can be used in ambient temperatures from 0 to 50°C and continuously checks the ink levels and viscosity. This guarantees a permanently perfect print result and creates production reliability. Ink and solvent can be refilled quickly and easily on the Linx 8900. The print head cable is up to six metres long. 

The Alpha HSM label dispenser can apply pre-printed labels quickly and accurately to products and packaging. Particularly powerful servomotors offer optimum accuracy during the labelling process. The system Adapts perfectly even to cramped production conditions. There are more than 60 different function group modules to choose from.

The Geset 221 labelling system is a versatile system for the automatic labelling of cylindrical products. It offers a favourable Entry-level option for fully automatic wrap-around labelling of cans, bottles, buckets or canisters with diameters between 25 and 125 millimetres and heights between 30 and 300 millimetres.
