Dr Robert Marx will become the new CTO and member of the Management Board of APK AG with effect from 1 December 2022 and will be responsible for R&D, production and project development.
Marx previously worked for Clariant AG and brings experience from international management positions in speciality chemicals and polymerisation in the areas of research & development, strategy, production, project development and sales.
The company's previous CEO, Klaus Wohnig, is stepping down from his position for personal reasons. Susanne Küppers, previously CFO and member of the APK Management Board, will take over the areas of Corporate Development, Business Development and Sales from Klaus Wohnig on an interim basis.
