Since 1990, the internationally active family business Bandall has specialised entirely in sustainable bundling and banding solutions in the packaging industry. The new Bandall TRLS is part of a completely redesigned series of fully automatic machines. Flexible and modular in design, the brand new fully automatic banding machine fulfils the desire for more automation and efficiency.

The new development of Bandall is designed for use in pre-packaging plants, for co-packing and in sheltered workshops. At the same time, this type of bundling leads to a significant savings in packaging material and energy. According to the company, savings of up to 80 per cent can be achieved compared to shrink-wrapping.

User-friendly functions facilitate the use of the appliance for a wide range of food and non-food products and are practical for retail-ready packaging and shelf-ready packaging or for multipacks.

Both the guides of the infeed conveyor and the servo-driven pushers that transport the products to the banding sheet are easily adjustable. This also applies to the changeover between a 48-millimetre and a 75-millimetre band. The system becomes even more flexible in Combination with a printer that applies variable information at the same time as banding. Thanks to this variable and flexible way of communicating, banding material made of paper or film can be saved.
