The square „half“ Euro plastic pallet SF 600P PREM from Smart-Flow is a medium-weight, stable pooling pallet that complements the successful SF 800 PREM with the practical „half size“ 600 x 800 mm. It is used as Monobloc pallet injection moulded in one piece, stackable, shelf-ready and its robust design makes it ideal for use in automated order picking.
To increase the load-bearing capacity on the shelving, the SF 600 PREM plastic pallet can also be fitted with a metal rod and is alternatively available with 2 or 3 runners or with 9 feet. available. As a half Euronorm pallet, it is particularly versatile and cost-conscious to use and is fully compatible with all standard Euronorm pallets.
To protect the goods from dust and dirt on all sides, Gamma-Wopla provides its new Modular universal lid with rim in front. This encloses all 72 600 x 400 mm Gamma-Wopla plastic containers with overlapping edges in accordance with the modular principle and can be placed securely on any box if required.
The theme of sustainable modularity also characterises Gamma-Wopla's foldable and now height-adjustable reusable plastic boxes G-4622 and G-6433. Depending on requirements, they can be 22 cm or 33 cm high. Foldable side walls mounted on a reinforced base (600×400 mm) can be used. And with a lid, it can be used as a robust, stackable reusable plastic box for heavy loads. Both reusable plastic containers are Compatible with all standard Euro pallet formats and can be used permanently. The foldable side walls save up to 80 per cent space during storage and transport.
In the spirit of „reusable instead of disposable“, all plastic pallets and containers can be used sustainably in the long term during storage and transport and are 100 per cent recyclable.
