Agility in Packaging and Logistics

The digital transformation is also happening in the packaging industry and logistics. Companies have to change their management of machines and workflows. Agility has the potential to help here. Prof. Dr Martina Peuser, Leibnitz University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hanover, told us more about how to become an agile company and gave some concrete advice.

Changing workflows and structures in companies is not always easy - however these changes can bring advantages with them. Companies may become faster and more flexible and thereby perform better. This is also relevant for the packaging and logistics industry, especially in dynamic times. Digitalisation also helps here and Dr Peuser still sees some potential, even though a lot has already been achieved.
