The sister companies Kaiser+Kraft and ratioform are strengthening their co-operation and thus offering customers solutions from a single source. The product portfolio includes both packaging solutions and business stationery products.
The organisational structure of TAKKT AG, the parent company of Kaiser+Kraft and ratioform, was adjusted in 2022 and has its Subsidiaries divided into three operational and customer-oriented divisions. The Industrial & Packaging Division, or I&P for short, to which the two companies belong, is focussing on stronger networking and synergies within the companies.
„We see a high demand for a condensed supplier network among our customers. Thanks to the closer cooperation between the companies within I&P, we can offer comprehensive solutions and an even more attractive portfolio. Customers of both companies can now obtain both packaging solutions and stationery products from a single source. For us, this expansion is a logical step towards the future, because goods of different types and their customised packaging solutions simply belong together. In this way, we are covering the needs and requirements of both customer groups and expanding our processes accordingly.“

„In 2023, we will continue to intensively pursue our goal of working in an even more integrated and networked way within the I&P division. We have a clear strategy for this and are sticking to our joint growth course. The last few months have already shown positive developments. Our customers benefit enormously from this collaboration in goods handling: just one contact partner and the best of both worlds! We see great potential in this.”
Sven Lauxmann, Chief Sales Officer Division I&P and TAKKT Group

„Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role. For some time now, we have been noticing a stronger demand for ecological products, but also for an overall corporate strategy. In recent months, we have been able to generate around a third of our turnover with Enkelfähig products and are working intensively on how we can make our customers” products and processes more sustainable."
