Digitalisation of warehouse processes
ZetesMedea ensures optimum order fulfilment: employees complete their tasks faster and are guided safely through the processes. This results in fewer errors in the warehouse processes, from goods receipt to goods issue. In addition workloads can be managed more effectively, which is particularly important in peak times. Various technologies such as pick-by-voice, pick-by-vision, scanning, ImageID, RFID and AMR (autonomous mobile robots) are used.
The RFID/ImageID solution is available as an optional module and can be used, for example, for incoming goods and dispatch checks or full pallet inventory. RFID technology makes it possible, check the completeness and 100 per cent correctness of the products down to item level. Using ImageID, an image-based technology, images of every pallet, every roll container and every crate can be taken automatically during the respective process. The visual evidence proves whether consignments have been loaded or received in the correct condition and ensures a reduction in complaints, faster goods receipt processing and stocktaking thanks to automatic data capture.
Labelling, serialising, tracing
ZetesAtlas helps manufacturers to manage, secure and improve their packaging identification process. The solution guarantees Best possible serialisation and aggregation of products. It monitors PES components along the packaging line, such as printers, drives and cameras, and ensures transparency across the production lines. ZetesAtlas enables seamless product traceability. This ensures compliance with current and future regulations, including the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) and the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). The PES can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines and systems such as ERP, MES and WMS.
Perfect delivery with real-time transparency
ZetesChronos, an electronic proof-of-delivery software, has been developed to control all delivery and collection processes and offers complete control of the delivery process. Transparency via track & trace of goods movements and driver deployments in real time. Drivers are guided precisely through the process and all events during loading, delivery and collection are registered. Details of tours, stops, any registered incidents, deliveries and collections, including transport containers or empties, can be called up at any time. The back office, dispatch team and management have a complete overview and can reschedule unscheduled deliveries or collections and react efficiently in the event of incidents.
In addition to the supply chain execution solutions, Zetes also offers two solutions for supply chain and transport visibility and traceability: ZetesOlympus and ZetesZeus.
