Rea Jet„ offers a whole range of labelling systems for the food industry. These include non-contact inkjet printers, a CO2-laser for direct food labelling and a continuous inkjet small character printer.

The Thermal inkjet printer „Rea Jet HR“ marks almost any material without contact using environmentally friendly inks, emphasises Rea Jet. This allows declarations to be made in accordance with the EU Food Information Regulation to be carried out. As no solvents are used, storage costs and the risk of fire are significantly reduced. Maintenance-free HP cartridges are used.

The Small character printer „Rea Jet SC 2.0“ works according to the Continuous inkjet process. It is designed for generating one to eight-line texts with a maximum height of twelve millimetres and a vertical resolution of 48 dpi. This allows three-dimensional objects, such as those wrapped in film, to be marked at high speed and with a short drying time.

Unpackaged food can be bought directly with the CO2-Laser printer „Rea Jet CL“ can be used for labelling. The marking quality can be influenced depending on the configuration of the laser and the emitted wavelength.
