Depending on which packaging machine manufacturers are equipped with, switching to PP bottom films can be a bit of a challenge. With the FlexiClose(re) AMX, we offer adapa manufacturers a reclose top film with which they can continue to use their existing mono APET bottom films. The high-quality printable film can be process reliably and with high productivity on conventional thermoforming systems. The decisive advantage of FlexiClose(re) AMX is its density of less than 1 g/cm3 , which makes it the ideal top film for unprinted APET trays.
The range of „Design for Recycling“ flowpack films, the MonoFlow(re) E-Type and P-Type, are designed to maximise efficiency as well as recyclability. Thanks to the Group's experience in various market segments and the in-house development of high-performance films, e.g. low-S.I.T. CPP films or innovative MDO PE films, adapa's flowpacks are also Optimised for demanding products such as coffee. Depending on the machine, the various MonoFlow(re) materials run at up to 120 cycles on a wide range of standard packaging lines. Thanks to various barrier options and printing processes, they can be customised to meet individual customer requirements.
When it comes to always being up-to-date and constantly adapting to changing circumstances, you need the right toolbox in your luggage. With digiflex, customers have the option of ordering quantities tailored to their individual needs, thus avoiding overproduction of packaging and conserving resources. At the same time, this printing technology enables brilliant print results on various materials such as flexible films and paper and is highly accurate in colour. and versatile finishing options attract attention at the POS. It also enables the application of security labelling, for which special printing inks or codes are used.
