Mosca GmbH has invested in a new 250 square metre building in Waldbrunn. The Global Training Centre is intended to expand the global service strategy and strengthen the sales and service units.
In the immediate vicinity of the administrative buildings of Mosca The new Global Service Centre is located in Waldbrunn. The employees of the Global Portfolio Management Service now work here. „Our focus is on the Development and implementation of global quality standards as part of ONE Service, strengthening our sales and service units and the global service network,“ says Michael Raule, Head of Global Portfolio Management Service. Twelve employees are dedicated to supporting and Further development of the global service hubs and maintaining high qualification standards for technicians.
The spacious training centre has two multifunctional units. These make it possible to train employees of the company's own service centres in accordance with ONE Service's quality standards and to inform them about the the latest developments in machinery. In the Global Training Centre, customers are also trained in optimal product knowledge, regular maintenance and basic functionality for the correct and safe operation of Mosca machines. A special highlight is the outdoor barbecue area, where participants can socialise in a relaxed atmosphere after training sessions or during breaks.
The opening ceremony took place as part of the European Sales and Service Meeting. Service managers from the subsidiaries in France, Spain, Poland, Hungary, England, Benelux and Finland travelled to Waldbrunn to experience the new location in person. The event served as a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences that will contribute to the further development of Mosca's high-quality service.
