Marbach Poland celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024. The company once started with four employees in Tarnowskie Góry and now has almost 250 employees.

Marbach Poland celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024. The company, which once started with four employees in Tarnowskie Góry, now has almost 250 employees at three locations and is an important part of the global Marbach Group.

The success story began in 1999 with the founding of the first plant in Tarnowskie Góry. This was followed by the opening of another plant in Kielce in 2002. An important milestone was the construction of a new plant in Tarnowskie Góry in 2008, which laid the foundation for continuous growth. By 2012, the team had grown to over 100 employees.

Marbach Poland continued to expand its capacities in the following years. In 2013, the plant in Tarnowskie Góry was expanded by 50 per cent, followed by a new building in Kielce in 2014. In 2019, the company doubled its capacity in Kielce to meet the increasing demand. A further step was the acquisition of the company Wykrojniki Polskie in 2019, which will strengthen the market position of Marbach Poland even stronger.

In addition to growth, Marbach Poland also focuses on sustainability. In 2020, for example, a 50 kWh photovoltaic system in Kielce and another with 340 kWh in Tarnowskie Góry in 2023 to reduce the ecological footprint. Today, the company with sites in Tarnowskie Góry, Kielce and Poznań is an important part of the Marbach Group, which employs 1,600 people at 20 sites worldwide.
