Automated stocktaking, item documentation and quality control - Sereact is presenting its AI monitoring platform Sereact Lens to a wide audience for the first time at LogiMAT.

Many companies struggle with inaccurate inventory data and time-consuming manual checks. With the AI-based monitoring platform Sereact Lens inventory monitoring can now be automated. It recognises anomalies and enables an inventory to be taken during operation.

Sereact's AI software works in combination with a camera. The entire system can be set up within an hour Implemented ready for use in central areas such as order picking or picking stations can be used. Containers are scanned automatically and the platform compares the recorded data with the stock levels in the WMS in real time. Anomaly and quality control

Sereact Lens automatically recognises damaged items or items incorrectly assigned to a SKU container, as well as waste in storage containers. This data is forwarded to quality control or incoming and outgoing goods, to enable quick corrections. This significantly increases the process quality.

The platform documents the condition and number of items at goods receipt and goods issue. This ensures that consignments meet quality standards and that complaints can be checked efficiently.
