Whether highly dynamic servomotors with Hiperface DSL or Drive Cliq encoders, integrated stepper motors with servo characteristics or extremely efficient electric actuators with control and integrated process controller: the automation experts offer designers solutions today for the applications of tomorrow.

A good example is the complete Hiperface DSL digital interface, with which A-Drive has equipped its highly dynamic SMN servomotors. Designers do not need an encoder cable or connector with this drive, as communication between the motor and controller takes place via two wires integrated into the motor cable. This eliminates the need for an additional structure or an extended connection housing for small servos. The connection is made using inexpensive and readily available standard components or encoders with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface, which integrate themselves automatically into the corresponding drive systems.

The evolution of the Stepper motor finds its perfection in the TSM series. The integrated drive is a Complete solution The TSM consists of a motor, control unit, sensor and controller and has high-precision position and speed control. The TSM has all the features of a servo drive with half the size and significantly reduced costs. In contrast to conventional stepper motors, this drive achieves speeds of up to 3,600 min-1 and resolutions of up to 20,000 steps per revolution. With its unique properties, it enables powerful and compact automation solutions in many industrial sectors.
