At drinktec 2025, the Aetna Group will be focussing on modern end-of-line technologies for the beverage sector. The highlight will be a complete high-speed line for 500 ml beer cans - from shrink packaging, layer forming and palletising to stretch wrapping.

Centrepiece of the High-speed end-of-line is the Dimac Nova Wide, which up to 90,000 cans per hour followed by the Mizar Advance with soft handling system and innovative Palletising Recipe Manager.

For palletising, the line relies on a two-axis single-column palletiser with a carbon fibre gripper, before the Genesis Thunder stretch wrapper reliably wraps pallets at speeds of up to 200/h. The line is complemented by the laser-controlled Auriga LGV transport system and high-performance conveyor technology from the new Aetna Link division.
