Alba Services Holding (ASH) is reorganising its management team. By 1 January 2022 at the latest, Sebastiaan Krol will lead the company together with CFO Melanie Freytag.
After a few weeks, when his successor has familiarised himself with the new dual system „Interseroh+“, which is working with partners to fundamentally develop the circular economy for packaging, the current CEO Markus Müller-Drexel will switch completely to this new system.
Sebastiaan Krol has 15 years of management experience in the B2B service sector. Until now, he was CEO of the development consultancy Modis AG, which is part of the global Adecco Group. Among other things, he merged four companies into one, promoted digitalisation and modernised the HR department.
The strategy for the coming years is clearly focused on innovation and growth, particularly by exploiting the opportunities offered by digitalisation. In addition to focussing on earnings in the existing units, the development of new business units from those projects in the innovation pipeline is also a priority: for a future without waste.
