The packaging specialist allfo Nederland B. V. takes over Zakpak B. V., thereby expanding its production capacity and market presence in the Netherlands. The number of employees increases and the warehouse space doubles.
allfo Nederland B. V., a subsidiary of allfo group, has taken over the Dutch manufacturer Zakpak B. V.. The company is thus systematically expanding its presence on the Dutch market. As part of the takeover, the production and storage capacity in Wormerveer near Amsterdam will be doubled to 2,200 square metres.

The Zakpak production facility is integrated into the allfo site in Wormerveer. The number of employees increases from 14 to 18, and six new converting machines are installed. „The expansion helps us to open up new sales markets,“ emphasises Cees Willemse, Managing Director of allfo Nederland B. V.
Allfo GmbH & Co. KG claims to be the European market leader for high-quality vacuum bags. The company offers a wide range of products, including sealed edge, shrink, boil-in-the-bag and stand-up pouches for the food and non-food sectors.
