Safelog and Stäubli enter into a partnership. The companies want to combine their technical expertise to drive forward transport robotics, achieve higher volumes and improve competitiveness.

With the integration of partner products from Stäubli into the product portfolio of Safelog The result is a synergetic combination that capitalises on the strengths of both companies. While Stäubli impresses with its comprehensive expertise in mechatronics and the ability to build mobile robots with a load capacity of up to 450 tonnes, Safelog brings its expertise in the development of agile transport robots and agent-based fleet control with.

Safelog is expanding its product range and positioning itself in a market characterised by increasing demand and technological innovation. For Stäubli, the cooperation opens up access to new fields of application and customers by embedding the high-performance AGVs in the extended context of the Safelog system landscape.

„Our cooperation with Stäubli is more than just a partnership; it is a fusion of strengths and therefore a milestone in our growth strategy. By combining our technologies, we can offer our customers customised solutions for their specific requirements from a single source and expand our solution expertise to include additional applications.“

The FL1500 developed by Stäubli is the most compact counterbalance truck in its weight class. It is characterised by its ease of servicing, whereby the most important parts can be serviced without Tools replaced in just a few minutes can be used. This design philosophy not only ensures high availability and efficiency, but also optimises the use of battery capacity by flexibly adjusting the counterweight. The forklift truck and the PF3 heavy-duty transport robot with a load capacity of 3 tonnes are equipped with the decentralised Safelog IntelliAgent fleet manager, which enables agent-based control of the robot fleets in the swarm. Both mobile robot systems with Safelog system software will be available from the second quarter of 2025.

„Our cooperation is aimed at creating synergies that will enable both companies to grow faster and work more efficiently. Together, we want to benefit from economies of scale and tap into additional market shares. Our new mobile counterbalance truck will be key to this.“
