Tederic Machinery is presenting its economically attractive and reliable Neo series injection moulding machine range to the public for the first time at K 2022. Three injection moulding machines will be producing applications for the automotive, medical and packaging industries on site. They have optimum performance characteristics for numerous injection moulding applications: They are flexible, functional and with simple operator guidance.
Pipettes for medical applications are produced with a clamping force of 208 tonnes on the powerful Neo-E208c/e620h electric toggle injection moulding machine with integrated servo hydraulics. The Cycle time with the 48-cavity mould is seven seconds. The part weight of the pipettes made of polypropylene (PP) is 0.32 grams. Clean room production in accordance with ISO class 8 is guaranteed. The high shot weight consistency of 0.1 per cent ensures consistent Product dimensions and fulfils the requirements for the production of medical parts in Europe.
As a packaging application, another exhibit with a clamping force of 160 tonnes is used to produce plates. The cycle time for a plate weighing 158 grams is 68 seconds. The Material is completely biodegradable and fulfils all requirements for use in the food sector. The mechanical engineering start-up PlastiVation Machinery will be represented on the stand as the official sales representative for Germany.
