Ampack is presenting a new dosing technology specifically developed for low-foaming aseptic bottle filling. This innovation could significantly improve efficiency and product protection in the food industry.

Liquid foodstuffs, particularly those that must be filled under aseptic conditions, place high demands on filling technology. One of the biggest challenges is foam formation, which can impair filling accuracy and process stability. Ampack is presenting a new solution for this at interpack 2026: a dosing technology specifically developed for aseptic bottle filling.

Innovative Dosing Technology

The new technology is part of the modular bottle filling line FBL, which has been on the market since 2024. The innovative approach involves the piston being fully submerged in the bottle, guiding the product along the inner wall via side ports. This significantly reduces foaming and allows for line capacities of up to 36,000 bottles per hour. This technology is particularly suitable for sensitive products such as clinical nutrition, baby food, and meal replacement drinks.

Extended service offerings

In addition to the new dosing technology, Ampack is also presenting an expanded service portfolio. This includes individually configurable service agreements, ranging from spare parts supply and maintenance to preventative servicing. The aim is to ensure maximum planning security and minimal downtime for customers.
