Following the departure of Samuel Sigrist as CEO of SIG, the Board of Directors has appointed Ann-Kristin Erkens as interim CEO.
Ann-Kristin Erkens takes over this position with immediate effect and remains Chief Financial Officer of SIG. Previously, the Board of Directors of SIG and Samuel Sigrist had mutually agreed that Sigrist would step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of SIG with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors is looking for a new CEO to lead the company through the next phase.

We are convinced that there is potential to accelerate growth and improve performance. With new leadership, we want to press ahead with implementation. The Board of Directors has therefore initiated the process of recruiting a new CEO. In the meantime, Ann-Kristin Erkens will manage the day-to-day business with the full support of myself and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors would like to thank Samuel for his 20 years of service at SIG and his last four and a half years as CEO.
